On December 31, 2025, KING's Solution hosted its internal "AI Achievement Presentation." Led by CEO Charles Hsu, the event welcomed distinguished guests including Dr. Kaitan Fan, Chair of Business Administration at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, representatives from CYCU and TAITRA, and several industry advisors. Together, they witnessed how an injection molding equipment manufacturer is putting AI into real-world practice.

AI Seamlessly Integrated into Offices and Production Lines

The presentation featured two groups: Group B (general applications) and Group A (advanced development). A total of nine team members shared practical applications of AI in their daily work:

  • Business Acceleration: Vincent demonstrated how an "AI Assistant" streamlined workflows, from client outreach and technical communication to report generation—cutting administrative workload by more than 70%.
  • Design and Manufacturing Empowerment: Nancy, a mold engineer, applied AI to analyze material properties and evaluate procurement strategies, optimizing steel selection for Taiwan's climate. Sam illustrated AI's use in hydraulic cylinder pressure estimation and task scheduling. Designer Kurwa utilized AI for safety regulation interpretation and cost analysis, improving design review efficiency. Wesley from the manufacturing team leveraged real-time AI translation to overcome language barriers, minimizing production risks.
  • Electrical Data Processing: Liang used AI to build industrial manuals in just a few days—cutting down tasks that previously took weeks. Kuan showed how GPT helped process 5,000 equipment data points with automated comparison and formatting, significantly improving data accuracy while reducing manual effort.

Low-Code Development and Smart Knowledge Transfer

  • Cross-Functional Development: Charles, with no prior coding experience, built an internal survey system and EDM platform with AI guidance—proving that "any team member can become a developer."
  • Knowledge Transfer: Tiffny presented an AI-powered system that integrates image recognition, chat summarization, and auto-generated video SOPs. "AI is more than just a tool," she said. "It preserves expert knowledge and serves as a bridge to help new team members get up to speed faster."

Experts Applaud Practical AI Deployment

Consultant Ying-Hsiang Chao emphasized the practicality of KING's AI applications—particularly the training system, which delivers "100% results in just 20% of the time." Dr. Fan noted that KING's digital transformation is driven by real user needs and pain points, unlike top-down tools enforced by IT departments—making the change both effective and grounded.

Fostering an AI Culture: Building a Self-Driven Digital Transformation

KING's Solution will continue to host regular AI-sharing sessions to further embed AI into its work culture. This grassroots transformation effort demonstrates how SMEs, even with limited resources, can turn internal needs into innovation—and forge their own AI-driven path to growth.
